kk, i'm looking for a blank workout log I can print out or design myself and print out.

It would be best to have a ton of slots on one sheet so I could have like 5 workout days a week, and room for 4+ weeks on one sheet.

Does anyone have a design like this they could send me?
Does anyone have a link to a site I could design my own?

OR

Could someone explain how to make a straight line on Photoshop so I could just do this all myself? Razz

Thanks

I don't have word. Razz

I'd use MS paint but it distorts when I print.

I've been looking for the past hour and can't find what I want.

But it's alright, I'm going to Barnes and Noble and buying a 12 month log book they have there. It's nice and leather bound.

How hard is it to remember to masterbate 4 times a day? Do you really need a book? Once before each meal, and once before bedtime... here, I'll write you a prescription:

Masterbate 1 QAC and QHS
# QS

I can see needing a workout log when you're 25-30 and beyond, and out of f*****g shape.

But you're just wasting your money, you don't need it at your age.

Oh yeah, you're a f*g.

I hit a hard plateau this last month or so. If I want to break through it and keep getting the results I have in the past, I have to do a lot of shit differently.

Starting Monday I'm planning every weeks workout at the start of the week, including making a completely new routine every week, I'm going to work to meet calorie/carb intake, 1.5 grams of protein per lb. of body weight, and cardio 5 times a week.

A $10, 24 week log is going to help a LOT with this.

cardio 5 times a week is completely unneeded unless you are shredding for a competition, period. If you're going to do something this stupid it better be because you're training for some type of athletic competition.

I'm doing this cardio to get more ripped for the summer, and training for track and field this coming season.

In track I have to run for 30-40 minutes a day 4 days a week and by the end of the season I can run forever and I'm ripped as f**k, so why not do it now...?

trying to break plateaus and get ripped at the same time is aboue as effective as trying to ice skate uphill.

That's because you're 16, that's about the age when all highschool kids (especially athletes) who work out start to notice that they're getting ripped up.

At that age you're wasting your time with alot of this, if you just did a generic four day/week workout, with the kind of cardio you do (I have a good idea because I did year round sports in highschool), you'd still have the same results. At that age it really has less to do with the routine and more to do with how your body is changing.

You shouldn't even be plateauing at that age, you might want check yourself on a few things to make sure you're not overworking your muscles, which can lead to them going to a state of elasticity, which means you won't be ripped.

You shouldn't even be working out heavily at 16, that shit stunts your growth.

While it is widely known that it stunts your growth at younger years, say 12-14, I've read conflicting reports that it stunts it around that age.

I guess it would all depend on whether your skeletal structure is set.

There is no reason to be benching 240+ before you're 18/19 or over 6 feet tall. The risk/reward isn't there.

Wow, advice from the peanut gallery against keeping logs. There isn't a quicker way to discredit yourselves.

What's the difference between 5 sets of 12 in 8 minutes, and 5 sets of 10 in 10 minutes? Progress.

There is one miraclulous secret for training. It is called GRADUAL PROGRESSION. Being strong, fast, quick, fat doesn't come overnight, you have to work hard at it. Or pick the right parents.

I've seen a lot of pictures of my dad when he was my age, we honestly had identical bodies. He is pretty tall.

Since I've been lifting the past year I've been in the biggest growth spurt in years.
