Dips are the best I'm relatively sure if your 155+ . If your under 150lbs might want to look at decline press.

Flyes are really nice for the outside pec, the outside/lower are almost the same thing. Dips are still the best though.

Try decline bench and one I really like if your gym has cables (which it probably does) put 2 one-handed square bar thingies on the bottom of each side, grab em and pull up and in trying to keep your arms fairly straight... works the shit out of your lower and inner pecs.

The cable machine where you can do Tricep pulldowns and stuff. Do a butterfly motion coming from a downward 45 degree angle about. Arms straight and stuff.
