So today I was cruising down the interstate; making my return from the epic that is Finding Nemo. Well I was driving Hobbet's brand new F150 when I see my exit approaching. I get in the right hand lane only going around 60 mph.

I am not tailgating, speeding, or anything of the sort. Suddenly the women driver in front of my literally comes to a screeching hault relizing she had missed her exit. I swerve right to avoid her, successfully, until she then swerves right cutting me off.

Keep in mind this whole event occurs within 5 seconds (I think), and I am going around 60.

Well as I see her cut me off, I then swerve back to the left to avoid hitting her, and the wall. Just as I swerve, I begin to fishtail, and then spin. I spun into the wall hitting it going probably 50-60 mph. The truck completely flips, slids, and nearly flips over the ledge and into the lake.

Well at this point Hobbet, the girl with us, and myself are left pinned upside and hanging in the middle of the right handed lane. Some people stop and help us out. I look up to see the lady, who caused all of this, stop... or so I think. Turns out the lady, in front of the lady who caused the wreck, had stopped to help us out. The lady who caused it casually turns on her blinker, pulls around the lady getting out to help us, and drives off. That sorta p****d me off that she was too busy to help us out. She had no idea if we were fine or yet. The truck was 100% totalled and she had no way of knowing if we were alive or dead; it literally looked that bad.

I walked away with a slightly bruised face, and some cuts on my arms. Hobbet foot, which was already broken, was swollen up, but nothing to major. We were very, very lucky.

Anyways not all women are s****y drivers, just the majority are.

I would like to put a shout out to my friend the seat belt. You held me tight to my seat suspended in the air that minute. Peace.

Odds are 7:1 she was French. No one got her license, and even if she did I am not sure if she would be able to be held accountable since I never hit her.

Police were like glad you are okay, asked what happened, and then released us the the parametics. We were all fine for the most part so we all went home.

What I don't understand is why Clevinger was driving Hobbet's new truck, and not Hobbet himself.

Ya, no one else hit ne one because the guy behind us was real far behind us we just barely missed that w***e and nailed the guard rail. So ya a 1 car accident can only be one persons fault. Sad

I could see her car while I was dangling from the seat belt but it didnt occur to me to get her plates since she was stopped. The she turned on her blinker waited or a chance and went on her jolly way. Evil or Very Mad

That sucks man, hope you don't have too many problems. I remember this one time I was riding with my parents to St. Louis for my cousins birthday party. We were almost to a bridge ( can't quite remember what one it was) This guy almost all the way into an off ramp pulls out of it without using his turn signal, and cuts my dad off. My dad starts waving at the guy trying to figure out what the hell he was doing, the guy flips him off. The guy gets a bit in front of us, and pretty soon traffic starts getting bad. We can still see the guy a bit in front of us.

I'm sitting there half-awake reading a magazine when all of a sudden my dad pulls onto the shoulder. He starts zooming forward until he reaches the guy. He takes his half-full cup of coffee and throws it at at the window cracking it and covering the window in a thin coat of the stuff. (keep in mind, traffic is heavy so he wasn't doing this while they were moving or something) I think my dad was pretty p****d that day, or he wouldn't of done it. Sucks for that guy.

im gonna agree with Hobbet on this one, seatbelts kick ass. I always wear one (no reason not to), but when my girlfriend and i were in a wreck one time it saved my life.

My girl was drivin straight through this intersection (had the green light) and this guy was turning left (had a red light, from what witnesses said. either that or a yielding green light) and she swerved (sp?) to avoid him but it was too late. we nailed this huge f*****g truck, dooley i think is what they call them. He had his tire tracks on the top of her car, it was insane. When i opened my eyes, i look over to see my girlfriend lying there limp, i was like "oh f**k" i had never been that scared until i saw her move.

The dickhead drove off without stopping, so i called the cops, they found him like 15 minutes later like 10 miles away with reports of him running another red light. (what the f**k is wrong with some people) On top of all of that, ya know what he told the cops? "I was teaching her a lesson" Honost to god, thats what the douche bag said.

Anyway the majority of the damage was on my side (passanger side) of the car, it was crumbled. Somehow i came out with nothing, lucky/protected i guess. If i were not wearing my seat belt i am certain i would have been through the windshield and then under his tire (I'm sure my parents would have loved to see me that way). Girlfriend came out with bruises/cuts, but from the airbag. we were lucky.

Moral of story, some people just shouldn't drive/some people are huge f*****g douche bags.
