BTW backstab talents suck ass compared to high dps sword with big dmg. I doubt I could come close to the same dps with Deathstriker.
Sinister Strike is instant damage based on the damage modifier of weapon. I find big weapon damage = high dps when you use SS and eviscerate all the time.
Wish I had screenshots of peak DPS but they go by faster than I can hit print screen button. =/ |
maybe your not full of shit, got a new dps calc today and it reads way way different than my old ones =/
anyway BS does more dmg than SS because of crit rate. end of story.

My epeen just increased tremendously. 336 agility (no agility buffs or trinket procs whatsoever). I wish it would show I have fiery enchant on my weapon!

warlock cant but the elite demon he has charmed sure can... not a big deal tho since warlock cant replicate that in very many areas...

But that pet mortal strikes for over 1k and crits w/ it for like 2.5k haha

You're full of shit. Sorry to say this but there is a way to turn the DPS calculator on so it scans your DPS twice, and then it displays it x2. You need to choose 1 DPS calc. I'm a rogue, and I usually hit around 275-300 dps, after having most of the end game gear that is currently available to the guilds on this server.
AGILITY - 342
STRENGTH - 124
CRIT - 18.20
ATTACK POWER - 646 (wow rankings calc'd wrong, but i just tabbed to check my unbuffed stats to make sure they were acurate).

and i've had spurts of 800 dps with the dps calc on normal just because if i backstab for 900 then sinister something dead. The dps is very high...
no one maintains that high of a dps constantly.

How many hp does a level 59 Dread Weaver have?
The mob that I took the screenshot on died before cheap shot wore off. That's a level 59 mobs entire health in less that 4 seconds. That my friends is pretty damn high dps.

The dps calculator in Cosmos is way off mark if that is what you are all using.
I get 10dps by healing only

I don't understand people's desire to reduce the game to a number comparison. I guess there's no other way to measure penises? I never trusted in-game dps parsers anyway, without being able to parse a logfile I don't believe the numbers anyway. And since there's no logfile...

The #s comparison totally changed EQ for me. I mean, don't get me wrong, I got into it way too much, but it changed the game from being fun to being a chase of "maximum efficiency."
Yeah, great, awesome - efficiency. That's what I want in a game!
It's human nature to want to improve and be the best, but man oh man it sure can suck the enjoyment right out of things.

I just don't take it lightly when someone says I'm full of shit when I have no reason to lie to begin with. This thread was brought to my attention by someone else in the first place. I rarely frequent these boards as they tend to drop my IQ score just by visiting. Speaking of nerdy, I don't have 9000 plus posts argueing over board drama.
