I need to know how to use chat filter in WoW. All those messages are just making me nuts and I need to get rid of them. I must say that I am a beginner in the game, and that I still need to learn much about World of Warcraft. The game is fantastic and I will play it for a long time. Never before I played a cool game like this, and if I just could filter all those messages in chat windows.

I am having the same problem with chat messages. Everybody just wants to talk. I have tried to use some kind of filter, but it was not too good. WoW has too many active players for chat filter to work. Then I have come up with solution. The only thing I do is to ignore all those messages, and focus on the game. It is so good thing to do, but you only need some practice. You will then completely ignore the main chat messages. The point is to focus on your guild messages, if you are in one and you will have much fun.
