Because of the Runescape Unbalanced Trade update, you can no longer trade accounts or membership for RSGP or items, so to trade accounts you will need to find a new way to transfer GP or pay via PayPal. The reason Jagex actually did this was because of this trading scheme, and because Chinese sweatshops produced billions of RSGP worth millions of USD/GBP. And who bought it? I get PMs every few days about someone asking me/we/us to "check" someone's IP and such to see if they have been accused of scamming or if they are a scammer whom has managed to get back on the site under a different name and IP.Now, I see so many people ignoring the SIMPLE rules of trading so much, I must repeat them it seems.IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A BID ON YOUR TRADE,JUST A PM, AVOID THE USER !!!PEOPLE WHO ASK YOU TO USE MSN ARE MORE ...

Ok, third article. I am publishing this article since a few posted they were unsure of what our rules are and where to find them. This will be a recap on what our basic rules are and you have ample opportunity to read them before posting, so don't expect staff to go easy on you for being too lazy to spend 10 minutes reading this.

Recently, I have noticed that people who have not been scammed have been placing their thoughts in the Hall of Shame. The Hall of Shame is for people who have been scammed to place the incident so it can be taken care of. I know some of you are thinking you are doing a great job about posting in the HoS telling people they need to show some proof. Hello everyone.
Most of you should know that, when downloading youtube videos, "you MUST change the file type to .flv". Thats where they are wrong.
It works better with a .wmv file type. you get EXACTLY the same result and you can play it through windows media player. You can then convert it for use on your PSP, phone or whatever.
Don't get fooled by the .flv thing. If you do this you can only play it through an flv player, so if you ...
