Note: I just setup a Teamspeak server, so that should work. Details below.
Okay, so here's the full lowdown on the ingame chat channel, slutbag.
To join it, simple enough, type /join slutbag. To have the channel be a different color, click the main menu, go to Video Options, and toggle Advanced Chat. On the main chat window, unlock the 'Chat 1' Window, and somewhere under preferences, it shows a list of the channels you're connected to. You can change the colors under that, by clicking the box next to the channel.
Then, on the Teamspeak server:
The IP is 63.207.184.86, the password is 'realpoor'. Just login anonymously with whatever nick, it'll work fine.
Let me know if there are any problems with the Teamspeak server.
