Only the client has been leaked. Tho there is people on the inside supplying the hackers with packet information from the server (or so the hackers say). Right now all they have is a sandbox version with no mobs, items, npcs.
Not to mention it has been leaked for atleast 3 weeks now and the people outside the hacker community just found out about it.

Someone handing out a copy of an alpha client does not equal l33t 'hacking', just means some ungrateful f****r that Blizzard trusted screwed them over.

Uh actually what you're doing is supporting the spread of the alpha, and you can potentially get in legal trouble for that.
