Windows XP problem.

When ever I change my Icons like My computer/ My documents on desktop and change settings they will stay changed. But when I shut my comp down and turn it on again they are back to default.

WHY CAN'T I KEEP MY ICONS CHANGED!

Becasue changing your icons to mug shots of ICP members is against the agreement.
