Windows XP and EQW/EQ windowed mode..

Just upgraded to XP from w98, along with a heafty system upgrade... and f*****g christ, not being able to alt-tab from EQW is driving me insane! Sure, I can release the mouse and go click shit, but alt-tabing / windows key was sooo much damned easier..

Anyone know of any way possible to get this functionality back in WinXP? It's not a bad OS so far, little quirky but it's pretty quick. But f**k, if I can't get to my porn sites on raids quickly and effeciently, I may have to go back to w98 .

not sure, works for me and i have xp
prolly only way to get it working is reload the os...then again that may not work either

go check out the hackersquest boards eqw section... it has info on how to fix that problem.

On another note, I have WinXP and use the windows function. Is there anyway to play 2 accounts on 1 computer with the new window function?

I know I could before on EQW, but with the actual EQ version of a window, its been f****d since I patched it.

no, with actual EQ in a window you can't run two instances.

i think there is a windows update for this. if that dnt work i dunno what to do mine works and im using xp

Yeah I went to the EQW site and read up about the problem. It's a compatibility function w/eq in general. But either way, it's fixed now, yay n' shit. Thank's for the tips
