No, seriously, hows is that even possible, statistically speaking? I mean, whenever I look at those "what race will you play", it's orc like five times out of ten, chaos two times out of ten, and dwarf also two times out of ten. Nobody seems to want to play human? How come?

If by "human" you mean "empire", than I wouldn't worry – that's bound to be the default option for new players, at least for those who aren't exactly familiar with the Warhammer background info and traditional role casting. There'll be plenty of humans in the game, you can count on it.
