Why can hunters see me in stealth

Ever since the latest patch hunters can target and shoot me in stealth way ouside detectable range. Anyone else having this problem? lvl 60 with mod5 so it's not like level is the problem. I'll just be sitting on a hill stealthed and a hunter will stop look towards me then just shoot my a*s, it's starting to get really frustrating.

They have to SEE you first to hit you with hunters mark......which is his problem

Uh no, I knew you have to see the target before you can use hunters mark on a rogue.

wowradar and hunters also have 'track hidden' ability taht actually works at times. All it takes is a pair of catseye ultra goggles and you're f****d if you don't have MoD5 as a rogue.
On top of that its probably the sync problems that wow is plagued with in general that lets people kite you from one inch in front of you, all the while the happy hunter is meleeing you backwards while his mana free dot (aka pet) is chewing you a goatse sizes a*****e.
WoW pvp is the first time i've had fun PVPing outside of a FPS, but all the little f****d up things make it annoying as well.

There's a hunter in my guild aim shotting casters for 5k now. Nerf Hunters please.

that sync'n shit p****s me off, on my warrior i used to be standing right next to hunters and getting the cant see target while im getting shot, EVEN after i charge or intercept them.
Hell p****s me off w/ my lock too when i dot rogues/dumb warriors and run around kiting them and on my screen they are at almost max casting range but yet im still getting hit by their melee.
