I must tell you why I quit LOTRO after just two weeks. It is so boring game I will never play it again. It was pointless even starting to play it. Everything about it is just too boring and too dumb to play. It has been only two week since I started to play this awful game. I did not know it could be boring, so I had big expectations. I wanted to play it every day, but I was wrong. I will never play it again.

How can you say LOTRO is boring? That is not true. This game has many passionate and active gamers, who are enjoying playing it every day. It seems that you do not understand this game, or you do not wish to participate in it. This game requires from you your full concentration and cooperation. Then it will not be boring just after 2 weeks. If you do not wish to play it any more, then you should not tell everyone how boring it is. You should keep that information to yourself. LOTRO is the best game on the market and it is not even close to boring.

It's not the best game on the market, but it's not boring either. Maybe you didn't give it a chance - the higher you level up, the more exciting the missions will be for you. Give it a chance, and, if possible, find a kinship to help you along.

Any game can get boring, or turn out to be very much fun, its all up to what you prefer, what kind of things in the game you seek. Compared to some other games, I didn't find the social aspect of the game as strong as in other games, but thenagain some people always like more soloing and questing. The storyline quests are nice and their content is interesting, comparing what you see to what you remember from books/movies is fun. The end-game raiding is where you will need a kin or raidgroup, till that you can go through the game with a bit of help for some group quests. I've always found it more fun to have someone to play and quest with though. There is also a lot of possibilities for roleplayers in Lotro, if that is what you like.

Seemed like an exact replica of WoW. More or less.

I played LOTR for some time and I have to agree with most of u - wow replica and boring - but I really love the quality of the scenery in LOTR but I guess thats why WOW has so many players, not every1 has the computer to handle games in such great quality. Just my 2 cents.

I agree the quality of this game is insane, just don't think it has the playability to last. But hey i may be wrong, im still playing it after 6 months so we'll see.
