If you like someone who can harrass, intimidating, rude, pushy and when it help him, be nice, friendly and BS anyone.... then Mack is better guild leader.
If you like someone with people skill, game skill, honesty, fair to all (not just insider friends) then Nazlug is leader you want. I know both well in game from the past. I avoid Mack and log into EQ2 just to see Nazlug.
There is reason ED was always 2 year ahead of CoS.... leadership.
(Any guild leader have a lot of work and people want to give credit for that.... I do not. [name of favorite dictator] have a lot of work running [name of match country] but that not make them good leader or deserve praise.
