Yep, depending on wether you are Rebel or Empire.
Rebels start on Corellia. In the far northwest corner, leave Kor Vella and travel northwest for about an hour, and you'll find a rebel base in the middle of some snow covered mountains.
There Leia, Wedge, C3P0, and some other NPC give you 5ish quests each, deliver and destroy. Leia then sends you to Lok to find Han Solo, some guy named Nien Nunb first though. After you finish Han's missions, you are supposed to find some Captain on Dantooine and no one can seem to find him. Anyways...thats all I can tell you.

Found this post re: disks
Josue- my group teamed up to get the disks so fast. Soulredeemer spent an entire day bashing Rebels and Thugs to get them. It's any random NPC 'person' you kill will have disks- rebel or imp. I found disk 3 on a lowly rebel after killing about 200 of them, so I think it's as common/uncommon as a melon loot at the moment  However as a good team person, I passed it to Soulredeemer to finish his quest and get his badge.
Sparkplug completed, on his own, collecting all the rebel disks (he's an Imp though) and gave them to the Imp recruiter- again, any NPC, including Rebels had these disks and it took him 2 days. He's on vacation, unlike me, so probably took him upwards of 30+ game hours of constant rebel hunting. Anyone wondering where Sanctuary has been these past few days, now you know
Loot does seem quite a bit bugged/nerfed since the last patch however. Things seem to drop 1/10 as much. That may be why everyone is having so much trouble.
The messages are fragmented, even when you do get all four disks. I'm told it may be a MIME type encoding however I'm not very MIME talented and would hope Q3PO did not make it THAT challenging lol! I have spent upwards of 10 hours and a dozen friends trying to deciper by pen and paper, so I'm at a lost. Q3P0 feel free to give me a hint via forum mail

Had a full set of Imerial Orders, Imperial Mission, Rebel Orders and Rebel Missions that I got off of meatlumps and swoopers in and around Kor Vella. Though when I was placing the backpack I was storing them in on my wall in my house... they vanished... POOF GONE

Imperial theme park is on Naboo at the Emperors Retreat. You get missions from some low level imperals and eventually work your way up to Vader / Emperor.
Edit: These are "Theme Parks" mind you and have nothing to do with the story arc that I know of. There's also a Jabba TP outside Wayfar on Tatooine, where Boba Fett and Jabba are. You have to complete 15+ missions or so to get inside.
If anyone's on Chilistra, I'm Kurel, Rebel Bounty Hunter, in the largest PA on the server. I can get you hooked up with spice and the best weapons made on any server.

A rebel spy, possible codename Skimmer has obtained vital documents related to secret research project codenamed Project Dead Eye. These documents are encrypted, and we belive that the Alliance does not have the means to decrypt them, but we but we cannot permit the risk that the project be revealed. It is urgent that any and all Rebels associated with the deliver of this material be terminated with extreme prejudice.
Loyal Imperial Officers are already guarding Doctor Vacca, but security will nead to be increased. Deployments in vicinity of the project should prepare for emergency personnel requisitions in the event of the Project needing increased manpower.
