Who does your web hosting and what kind of features do you have with that company. I'm looking to switch hosting in the next 2 weeks.
Basically what I'm looking for is:
50MB space
sufficient data transfer
FTP access
at least 1 POP email account
reliable servers that stay up 99% of the time
< $8.00/month

I don't use these guys, but I happened to notice they had a $7/mo plan the other day with 150 Meg, 3 gig transfer:

They also have 250meg, 5 gig transfer for $9 and one higher one.

They are the best. Have had no problems.
Great if you do alot of server side programming on your site too. PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, Pearl. Access, SQL Server 2000, & mySQL Server.

Five bucks a month for unlimited bandwidth? That's a pretty sweet deal, if you don't need more than 50 meg storage.
