You can say all you want, but as both of you weren't of the legal age of consent(1 , you'd be jailed for rape. Hell, if you were in a room with her alone for a certain length of time, the mother can file rape charges on you if she didn't like you. Sucks, don't it?
I don't have a prob with you, I don't hate you. I'm pointing out the facts is all. And you should be careful if you ever dump her. Do it nicely. I'm not sure about the codes on this, but she may be able to file charges on you for bonking her when she was 15.

Go back to school - the law on this varies from state to state, right down to the laws of **** consent, which in NY happens to be 17.
P.S. she was a whackjob, and we broke up a long time ago.

I beleive you're wrong, but it's been well over 10 years since I actually cracked one of my law books.
When a child, yes, she's a child at 15, is raped, they can convict a 17 year old.
Perhaps back then, when kids were kids til 18..that might work, but nowadays, you hear about 14 year olds killing their parents and getting put on death row, tried as adults, I'd think it'd be harder to get thrown out in court.
It's a grey area, to be sure. But they would just have to first determine if he'd be tried as an adult, then convict him for rape then. He'd have to a registered **** offender whereever he lived for the rest of his life.
You should check out the registered **** offender sites in your state. Someone I know, who was 18, bonked a 16 year old, and guess what happened to him? You can find him in the florida registered **** offender's web site.

In some states, the test for 'statutory rape' consists of more than one being a minor. If the two people involved are within 3 or 4 years age of each other, actual rape has to be proven, statutory rape does not apply. I just remember reading something about that i the paper a year or so ago, where a guy was charged with statutory rape but it was dismissed because of their ages.

I have held several jobs since I was 13 years old, up until then, my parents supported me fully. I was far from spoiled though, if that's what you'd like to believe. I never got anything I wanted unless I did something that deserved rewarding or it was a holiday or birthday. My parents raised me well, and have never ever let money go to my head. Do they have a lot of money? Yes, I'd consider them fairly wealthy... but I'm the last thing they're looking to drop it on.
The following things my parents have always, and still continue to pay for:
1) Food
2) $200 of clothing once/year and one pair of sneakers per year (this does not include my sneaker money making venture, sorry)
3) my cell phone bill - this is only because it was not my idea to get a cell phone in the first place, it was theirs so they could keep track of me. I was never an easy kid to raise.
4) Anything related to education but NOT including my college tuition (to some degree, will be explained later)
Anyway, on to my jobs. At 13 I received my first job working at a summer camp, making a measly $500 or so. I've never been someone to have buying impulses, and I've never had a desire to spend the money I earned on things I don't NEED except now that I'm a little older and making a little more cash. This money was all saved, because at 13 what the hell are you spending money on? I never had one of those gopeds that all the kids had, I didn't f*****g care. I've never valued material items. At the age of 14 I received my first real job making $5.50 an hour at a local ices shop. Now, I'm going to stop going into details, but between the ages of 14 and now (19) I've held the following jobs:
Summer camp every year, increasing salary every year (last summer my salary was $2300)
The offices of the camp I've been working at for the past 4 years
A record store
An office of a local politician
A local gym
I also made several thousand dollars through EverQuest (surprise surprise), I made an extra $300 one summer signing up people to vote for Pataki in some election like 2 summers ago... which by the way the whole process turned out to be illegal, but I got my paycheck so what the f**k do I care.
Some of this money I invested in things... the stock market, sneakers - this was a friends business, he buys rare sneakers and sells them at way higher prices to mostly koreans... I bought 3 pairs at a total price of $540 and profited over $1500. This was on two seperate occasions. I've also bought and sold things on Ebay for cheap.
You have to imagine that after 6 years of working various jobs and not spending much of it at all, it starts to add up.
Now, like I said, I'm not one for material posessions, and my parents cover the basics of food and clothing. Every now and then I'll buy an extra shirt or pair of pants I like out of my own pocket, but that's really about it. Anything of great value I have is usually a birthday present or, yes, a Hannukah present. As for my acoustic guitar you mentioned before, $800 out of my last summer paycheck. Anything I want at any random time, I pay for.
Cars: My first car was an Acura RSX... $303/mo on a 3 year lease. This was at the time I was working at the record store. My paychecks were just cutting the payments, but the car didn't last the 3 years as I totalled it. Now I still needed a car for work, so my mom let me take over the lease on her QX4 at $500/mo. This was a f*****g drain on my bank account. This lease ran out, and luckily my grandmother who never uses her car decided it would be nice to give it to me. It was. I pay for gas, I pay for any maintenance it needs.
On to college tuition. My parents are loaning me the money, because they DO have it, but I have to pay them back when I get out. To be honest, I'd rather it this way. I enjoy the way my parents have raised me, and it p****d me off to see the kids who drive around in brand new M3's their f*****g parents paid for, who will take over daddy's business even though they're dumb as shit and never went to class. Whatever though, that's Long Island, and we both know it.
I wanted to work again this year, as I like to have funds to be able to go out, but because my grades dwindled last year my parents wouldn't allow it, so I'm basically broke. I have about $1800 left in my bank account which I only touch for extra money for food at school. I haven't been out to a bar or club once all of last semester which I was able to do on a regular basis in the past year.
3) "Why are you a drunk?" - I do drink though, and I drink for free. Luckily my house has a social fund, and "house beer" and "house liquor" helps out quite a bit. Am I a drunk? lol. Come on, Kbarr. I'm sure even you aren't ignorant enough to realize most college kids get drunk every now and then, I wouldn't say they're "drunk's." I did, when I was 15, get alcohol poisoning. I wasn't allowed to go out anywhere but to a friends house for over a year after that. Nice dent to my social life, but boo freaking hoo. Since then I've become quite a responsible drinker, I drink less than ANY of my friends, and rarely do I get sloshed. On a side note, I don't do any other drugs save the occasional mushrooms, and I smoke probably once or twice a month on average.
4) "Why are you an ass?" - I'm not. I mean, I can be. I don't respect people that treat other people poorly for unjust reasons. Like you. I am an ass to you because you deserve it. Other than that, I'm quite likeable. I'm easy going and accepting towards a diversity of peoples, and people generally like me. In fact, I don't think I have a genuine hatred towards anyone, and I'm fairly sure I have no real life enemies.

Do they have a lot of money? Yes, I'd consider them fairly wealthy... but I'm the last thing they're looking to drop it on.
The following things my parents have always, and still continue to pay for:
1) Food
2) $200 of clothing once/year and one pair of sneakers per year (this does not include my sneaker money making venture, sorry)
3) my cell phone bill - this is only because it was not my idea to get a cell phone in the first place, it was theirs so they could keep track of me. I was never an easy kid to raise.
4) Anything related to education but NOT including my college tuition (to some degree, will be explained later)
Anyway, on to my jobs. At 13 I received my first job working at a summer camp, making a measly $500 or so. I've never been someone to have buying impulses, and I've never had a desire to spend the money I earned on things I don't NEED except now that I'm a little older and making a little more cash. This money was all saved, because at 13 what the hell are you spending money on? I never had one of those gopeds that all the kids had, I didn't f*****g care. I've never valued material items. At the age of 14 I received my first real job making $5.50 an hour at a local ices shop. Now, I'm going to stop going into details, but between the ages of 14 and now (19) I've held the following jobs:
Summer camp every year, increasing salary every year (last summer my salary was $2300)
The offices of the camp I've been working at for the past 4 years
A record store
An office of a local politician
A local gym
I also made several thousand dollars through EverQuest (surprise surprise), I made an extra $300 one summer signing up people to vote for Pataki in some election like 2 summers ago... which by the way the whole process turned out to be illegal, but I got my paycheck so what the f**k do I care.
Some of this money I invested in things... the stock market, sneakers - this was a friends business, he buys rare sneakers and sells them at way higher prices to mostly koreans... I bought 3 pairs at a total price of $540 and profited over $1500. This was on two seperate occasions. I've also bought and sold things on Ebay for cheap.
You have to imagine that after 6 years of working various jobs and not spending much of it at all, it starts to add up.
Now, like I said, I'm not one for material posessions, and my parents cover the basics of food and clothing. Every now and then I'll buy an extra shirt or pair of pants I like out of my own pocket, but that's really about it. Anything of great value I have is usually a birthday present or, yes, a Hannukah present. As for my acoustic guitar you mentioned before, $800 out of my last summer paycheck. Anything I want at any random time, I pay for.
Cars: My first car was an Acura RSX... $303/mo on a 3 year lease. This was at the time I was working at the record store. My paychecks were just cutting the payments, but the car didn't last the 3 years as I totalled it. Now I still needed a car for work, so my mom let me take over the lease on her QX4 at $500/mo. This was a f*****g drain on my bank account. This lease ran out, and luckily my grandmother who never uses her car decided it would be nice to give it to me. It was. I pay for gas, I pay for any maintenance it needs.

I kind of like em! Like how when you press your finger against an ant, and the ant survives, but gets really disoriented, and runs around even faster and purposeful, or maybe when you break one of the ant's legs and it limps around with a broken leg, and can't climb walls anymore. The ant falls off the wall, about five feet or so, which is a heck of a drop for an ant, but still manages to get up and keep on truckin.

It really hurts me to agree with Finigan, but this is right on. It's funny yet predictable that in a thread made to mock people for internet bragging, lots of people post to list what super badasses they are in RL. For the 1 millionth time, bragging about RL stuff, true or not, in an anonymous internet forum is completely meaningless. You can say anything behind a random internet name and there is no way to prove it true or false, so why even say it? (BTW that's pretty good, my c**k can only bench 4620!)
