Sold an account to him for $150. Next morning, claim in paypal for unauthorized use. Email is namhguol@hotmail.com -- username White55. Is there any way I can get an op to take the correct action?

Nope...only thing you can do now is to call Blizzard to retrieve your account back. Paypal does not cover electronic transactions...you can show them screenshots after screenshots of the IM conversation or whatever but that won't do a thing.

Yeah I got the account back minus a transferred character, blizzard locked it after he tried xferring all of them.
