More to the point, which of the two basic types of R v R combat do you think fits WAR better? You've got your skirmish-type battle, effectively a free for all, where your guys win if you kill enough of the other guys quickly enough. And then you've got the scripted, usually instanced, scenerio-type RvR where you meet preset goals to achieve victory.
So which of those do you think will be better for Warhammer Online?

Well, first things first, that other type can barely be even considered real RvR. It's what I call the GM (Game Master) model where an external force (the script) is pulling your strings and you all know, you're just pretending it's not. That's like scheduled, controlled PvP.
Now, I'm not saying I don't like scenarios for PvP, just that the player loses the sense of accomplishment if he senses that the scripted developments are set in stone.
