So this council of churches apparantely wants the UN to take over the management of the situation in Iraq because they feel the US is doing a p**s poor job.
Now I'm wondering how you interpret. You're a firebrand with the name-calling, and since "liberals" are the greatest anti-patriot, anti-war threat known to man.. I'm wondering what you think of this.. I don't often consider a church, or in this case, a council of church leaders, as anything close to being "liberals"

I'm confused, but I'll speak for him.
I'm not a blind sheep. The battle in Iraq has become more than the already daunting battle between The West and Terror. It has evolved into a battle for America's soverignty as well. The Pope condemned the invasion of Iraq. I am Catholic, but he was wrong. Unlike leftists, I am not a sheep.
This organization is just as wrong as the pope was. The middle east hates western civilization and does not restrict its hatred to the US. If the UN took over, there would be no fewer killings, just more proportionate killings of europeans. America has committed some management blunders in Iraq, but that does not justify the turning over of American soverignty to the UN (turning over Iraq would be a step in that direction).
I'm 100% for the heavy involvement of the UN, but 100% against their leadership in Iraq. This article only proves that, while all liberals are wrong all of the time, some conservatives can be wrong some of the time.
