I haven't been Realpooring much lately, but I've noticed that it's almost dead. There's nothing interesting here anymore, and I've noticed that the number of posts seems to be less than a third than when it was good. Krath, do you have usage statistics available? I'm just curious how badly the political forum damaged Realpoor (per my predicition).

Elections over, not much controversy for awhile ( at least till Bush falls flat on his face) and the rest of the content youre really not interested in.

If the political posts had been allowed to infest the main board a lot of posters would have eventually left anyways. You're arguing a point that would have been reached regardless of the circumstances.

The political dribble amuses me at time and I'll go visit that forum then, but for the most part I don't want to read it and see pages full of "Guess what GWB did now!" posts.

Not with the increasing intensity, shit-slinging and board spamming that went on in the final weeks and days before the election. Yes there had been political posts since the beginning but what there hadn't been before was an election.
