It's open on the test server.
PoV/PoS/CoD you need to 55+ to enter
BoT/PoTorment you need to be 62+
I'm still waiting for them to hint as to what our "Reward" is. I'v heard two stories. One is 2 AA per event for access to planes, for a total of 8. Or a charm that gets stronger with the more flags you have. God I hope it's not a charm, just about every charm, so far, has sucked arse.
You all still need to remember, you will have acces to these zones, but you still need to be flagged to enter other zones. Like Tactics, Ro, and Elememntal plains. Unless the plan is whine like a stuck pig when all your friends are there and you can't reach them again.

Have ta agree with ya there Meri..
A lot of people have put in a whole lot of effort to get themselves flagged.. those who arent guilded or 'uber guilded' that want in bad enough have quested their ways in.. the means is there NOW ... and they even made it so a whole grp can be flagged for one set of quest items...
Its just lazyness IMO thats making all these ppl whine and destroy the planes.

sucks heh, I spent an ungodly amount of time getting my now 60 frog his flags and now he can't even zone in to tier 3 without 2 more levels yet he can probably out tank some 65's who can

Poor Froglet, I guess he'll have to settle for doing exp in the elemental planes =P
Actually, I'm betting that if you were already flagged you will still be able to go in, the level limit will be just for people without flags. Will have to wait and see tho.

wow anyone level 65 that can be out tanked by a 3700 hp paladin ( even if an ED twink) if pretty f****n sad. So i would have to say, no you cant tank better than some of them.

Froglets got better weapons and armour then most 65's i've seen outside of VT and shit. He can be my hero for the time, even though he makes me jealous  <3
