I've watched all the episodes Sci Fi has shown so far and can't stand it. I can see why this show was canceled, it's flat out horrible. They do get some credit for engine shots in space of a moving ship not having its thrusters going and moving on inertia though.

I quite enjoy Firefly just because it's a bit different. I think the problem is that it needed too much time to really evolve and people aren't willing to wait.

People like the writing, and it was for quite awhile using modern technology instead of future stuff. Firefly I just can't figure out what people see in it.
