I'm not sure if it was EQ2, but I think it was. years before it came out, my friends and I were reading up on it, and I swore they said that you were going to be able to have boats, and zeppelins (not sure of their exact words for it). Whatever happened to this?
It's possible that i'm thinking of a different game. But I was just thinking about it, and even asked my friend, and he said "yeah, we were always talking about how much they would probably cost, and we were going to buy boats togeather"

nah, i'm not talking about being able to ride boats, you were supposed to be able to buy boats. Ah hell i'm probably thinking of a MMORPG that got canceled or something.

I remember them talking about it also, but diddn't they talk about player housing for awhile In EQ1?

I remember them mentioning us being able to buy boats for ourselves as well, maybe that'll be in a future expansion. They also mentioned about carts that you could drag around with you to sell stuff as if you're playing a merchant, that would be neat, but don't think that'll happen.
