Just got a little question, what should i do when i reach lvl 70?
I know that there ain't much leather gear for balance specced.
But how about leather healing gear? I like healing but would it be good enough for raids etc?
Hope to hear some answers soon.
Thank you.

Well I assume that you are mostly in greens and some blues, so the first thing would be to UPGRADE YOUR GEAR! Run Heroic Dungeons, get in some KARA runs and get yourself up to par. Start doing Battlegrounds, get on an Arena team and get yourself a nice PVP suite as well.

Your best bet is to go either Restoration or Feral. Luckily, the gear you can purchase from honor is pretty solid for both of those specs. The Dragonhide has a decent amount of armor mitigation with heavy stamina and a high level of avoidance as well. If you aren't comfortable tanking though or doing damage on a cat, Tree Form is a lot of fun in raids as well.
Druids are easily the most mobile healers in the game due to their ability to apply 2-3 hots within 3 global cooldowns. This allows a tremendous amount of movement on fights that have some sort of void zone on the ground as well as tank movement in sticky situations. The pvp gear for healing is really nice as well, but I advise ignoring the socket bonuses on the Kodohide if you use it purely for instancing, as resilience does nothing to benefit your raid healing.
The PVP armor/weapons are a good start for gearing up, but once you hit that point try to do as many heroic dungeons as possible. The rewards purchased from Badges of Justice are almost on par with a lot of Black Temple loot.
Moonkin is far too gear dependent compared to the rest though, so I'd advise staying away from that spec until you are in a position in which you have a good amount of leftover badges.

You should go into the restoration talent tree and you should farm honor gear and then start doing arenas. You learn a lot from PvP'ing. It helps to farm the honor gear to not die as fast in arenas! I hope this helped.

What do you do at 70? What do you NOT do at 70. Raiding, PvP, grinding, dailys, heroics, etc. There is plenty of gear for every spec of any class. PvP gear is probably the easiest to get decent gear and you can get any type you want. You can get amazing balance druid gear from PvP or raiding. It will take time, but you have to put time into it to get something out of it.

If your spec is nice, you will do Kara with your guild. If you aren't in a guild, get in one. This way you will get geared up fast.

Feral or Resto. Balance druids are limited in their raid usefullness, and do not do enough DPS to make it worth bringing them. Resto druids are OP for PVP, and are good for raids. Feral are great tanks, and can be a good source of DPS.

Pretty much a druid can be very viable for PvP healing in 2v2 or 3v3 arena bracket, and in PvE you can tank/dps. Many druids go into PvP since in 2v2 a druid can pretty much run with any other DPS class and get a very high rating. I would say you should go into 2v2 with a skilled warrior and just tear up the arena.

<3 me a Tree. when working on gear for raid's I like to say build up your spirit your mana regen is lovely, and you give a healing bonus to tanks (make sure they put you in that group). Tree's also can dominate healing with their hot's because they can rarely over-heal and they can have them on more then one person. Kara would be the easiest place to start building gear for healing. I started Kara on a resto druid with +600 to healing, just make sure you have two other healers in better gear in the group. hope that helps.
