I need some info on World of Warcraft required skills for being a guild leader. Will someone help me, please? I just started playing the so I desperately need help. I know that there are experienced players who will read this, but I do not know if they will help me. I need them to remember that they were once new to the game, and how was it hard to them when they needed help.

Hey, do not be sad. Of course, we will help you. We also once were newbies in this awesome MMO game, and we DO remember how hard it was. We are always here for giving an opinion, or helping other players. If someone will not help you, that is their problem. They will need help one day. Moreover, now to return to your question. What info do you need? You just said that you need info on World of Warcraft skills on guild leader, but did not tell us anything specific. So, post that first, and then we will help you. You must tell us everything you need to know, so would be capable to help you.

to be a guild leader u don't any special skill.
Just create a guild charter and find 10 players (without a guild) lvl 10+ to sign your charter. Once u have 10 signs, u can create ur guild and customize it like u want.

The bot is talking about your personal traits needed to run a successful guild. i.e. hard working, determined, patient etc.. Running a succsessful Guild is difficult, alot of pressure is put on you and you are expected to have the answer to everyones problems, sometimes there are things that you have to deal with and dont have time for hence the guild hierarchy. Class leaders deal with their class and handle the players under their class, officer's assist players with complaints, problems etc.. and basically help lighten the load on a Guild Master. Without them, the Guild master cannot run their guild properly and can become impatient, lashing out at members and coming off as rude. This is why a guild structure is needed, to maintain stability.
Imagine if Realpoor was run by one admin, things would be pretty bad here.

I would say there a few things every guild leader- especially in WoW- should know how to do.
Delegating power is important because you don't want to have to deal with every little problem yourself. Like Odus said, class leaders are important, and can deal with issues that you don't have time for. Just make sure they are people you trust and know will do a good job.
Also, know game info and mechanics about the game you're playing (in this case WoW). You don't want to sound like an idiot when telling guildmates about a certain game system or dungeon. Experience is key here. Don't expect to just come into the game and be a great leader in this department, because you actually need to see content for yourself in order to lead well.
Patience is a virtue. You're inevitably going to have guildmates that aren't as experienced as others, but you have to let them stick to their own learning curve. If you don't let them participate in certain activities, then they will never learn how to do them anyways. Players who you teach and bring along with you will most likely have more respect for you and be more willing to help out. I know because I was once one of the newbie players who knew nothing, but I stuck with the guild that taught me because they were with me all along.
Praise in public and penalize in private. That's just a rule I use as a leader in general.
I have experience as both a guildleader and a class leader in WoW, and I would say that you should also just be approachable in any situation. Don't make any people playing "under" you feel like you're a superior person. I realize this was sort of a long post, but I just felt like helping out. Hope it was useful!
