Yep, f*****s got me too.
Time to switch to mozilla my friend.
I have yet discovered how to whipe the new breed of pop up that uses your system admin message window to get you. I read they were getting sued but in the meantime you are f****d.
Nuke IE and reinstall or go mozilla.

And for what it's worth, just say "s***w Ad-Aware!" get Spybot: Search & Destroy. That prog owns all.

Adware is a certain type of program that you can simply describe as "Additional software" that is somehow (im not really sure how) uploaded onto your computer along side or secretly hidden in other software you install, or that is automatically installed onto your computer when you are browsing the net.
It causes those annoying pop ups and sometimes can even open your CD drives, and can be super annoying.
You need a program like Spybot (recommended) or Spyhunter to find the source of the Adware/Spyware and the affected registry keys so you can delete them.
If you purchase the Spybot or Spyhunter programs, It adds additional features, and is probably a little easier to use.
That's all I really know

I use Spy Sweeper, its a small program and the best out of the past 15 anti-spy ware progs i've used. free too
