I saw a german sign that said somethingstraBe with the weird B and I dunno what its called anyone know teh deutsch?

So straße becomes strasse...German word for street.

Eszett, stands for "ss" in a word. So take a word like HeiB..it's pronounced Hise.

Calling people little shit (which btw would be "eine kleine Scheisse") is probably not such a good idea. You also don't say "du" to everyone younger than you. (It also becomes "Sie sind" not "sie bist")
"Sie" is used for everyone you greet by surname - pretty much anyone above 16 unless you're on a first name basis, which doesn't happen as quickly as in the US - especially not with strangers you don't plan on meeting regularly.
