Take one George Forman Grill, put a tortilla full of grilled steak, shredded cheese, and hot sauce on it, cook for 2 minutes.
Enjoy.

i like making homemade pizza with cheese in the crust.
lots of garlic and assload of pepperoni with cheese sprinkled on the crust and some on the pan so it gets crunchy.

Gah, so tough to pick.
Hrmm...seared tuna is always f****n' awesome.
I think my favorite right now though is pan-seared pork medallions with a green peppercorn sauce.
Or there's this salad with an orange vinaigrette that you saute apples in and serve it with some frisee and other greens like that and some really nice bleu cheese.
Creme brulee...
Coq au vin...
And then the Cajun classics...jambalaya, gumbo, etc
Boiled crawfish...mmmmmm....
Yeah, I love food. I'm glad I decided to go to culinary school now, as you can't eat computers!

People make these all the time, but they never make them 'right' this is the 'correct' recipe.
Skillet Cookies
In a large saucepan add:
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup milk
5 spoonfuls of cocoa powder
1 stick of butter or margarine
Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for two more minutes stirring constantly. Make sure you don't boil it for much longer.
Remove from burner and add:
1 tsp of Vanilla
1/3 cup of peanut butter (usually don't measure, but I scoop about this much out of the jar)
3 cups of instant oatmeal (note: add more until it is pretty thick, it will end up being closer to 4 cups)
Stir last three ingredients together and then drop by large spoonfuls onto
plastic wrap, wax paper, or whatever

Boston cream pie - homemade, of course. Ones from the store are crap.
Oven-fried chicken, maple-glazed grilled salmon, and any steak my husband cares to grill (he's ruined me for restuarants he's so good!).
