At the moment I am using Ccleaner. But is there a better one out there?
looking for one that actually cleans the registry for free, not just scans it.
Thank you

If you want something that does it all in one, I'd suggest getting Speedupmypc 3. (speedupmypc is one word)
Its safe, effective and easy to use.

CCleaner has the best price to functionality ratio.

I've used both CCleaner and RegCleaner and I would have to say that CCleaner wins by far. it just seems that much more effective.
