WASD
ESDF
Arrows
Other (what are they)
WASD. I should try different ones, though - i'm killing these cause i use ASD and ZXC to play Capcom games like Street Fighter Alpha 3, and ASDF for all of the Neo Geo
Games (King Of Fighters, Samurai Shodown).

Depends on the game.
WoW- QWE+mouse(Q=a, e=d, backing up is for noobs or people that can't hit escape/space to cancel spells.. jay kay  )
CS:S/RF/etc- WASD
