I figure I should buy a headset microphone (thats what people use right??), that way if nothing else, I can b***h out my worthless squad members/teammates when necessary Razz

So, what microphone headset thing do you use? How much was it? Is it comfortable? Does it record good quality sound? etc etc

thanks!!

Most comfortable headset I've ever had. Not to mention Sennheiser is just sick when it comes to quality. =)

i dont, because my d*****s sound card takes a miracle to get it hooked up to front panel audio jacks in my case, and I dont want to disconnect my speakers just to use it.

I use a Plantronics .60 Headset. Pretty cheap and it's starting to show it's age, but works flawlessly.

So you guys that are playing w/ microphones, are using headphones?? There's got to be a decent microphone/headset thing that doesn't force you to wear headphones for audio, I prefer the speakers.

I just put the headset around my neck and angle the microphone up, and use my speakers for sound.

At first I was using a headset, then I woke up and realize that I spent a couple 100 on a nice sound setup, and I need to put it to use! So now I'm using a cheapy 10 dollar generic mic.

I use the microphone portion of my headset (The brand eludes me at this moment) but I use my speakers for audio since I have 5.1 Surround Sound system.

I really never use my mic....I prefer not to hear people either, I have voip disabled completely.

Last thing I wanna listen to is a bunch of geeks saying shit like "charlies in the wire!" when i'm trying to snipe ppl with my medic =p

I run a dolby 7.1 setup, so there's no way I'm using headphones =p

I have all 8 speakers in front of me, no room for them, need to buy some of those speaker stands or something I guess.
