i actually like some of the pop content, and ykesha content..
Luclin is more of a caster expansion since almost all the bosses have God AC, kunark was inventive when it was put out and it f*****g owned, but it's getting kind of stagnant now... Vellious Started the uber item EQ.. because it featured the first mobs with Millions of hp.. and in order to balance out the millions of hp, you had to implement the first 18/19 weapons etc...

I think there are some good things about Luclin, but it is an example of how not to do an expansion. First, you double the processor speed, ram, etc that you need for your system. Then you have a six month delay on one of the most important features of the expansion. Finally, before you can even face the difficult bosses of the expansion, you have to a ridiculous amount of shard, key part and bane farming.
Kunark and Velious are great expansions, but that's strictly from a non-raid perspective, since I wasn't raiding at the time those expansions were out.
I like LDON, but it doesn't solve the issue of needing a new raiding expansion sometime soon. More guilds beat Quarm everyday.
I enjoy PoP as well, although it has the potential to be a much better expansion then it really is.

Agree with Brut on Vulak. Aaryonar was pretty tense back then too.
Trakanon raids owned. Run over the bridge and round the corner to see this rotting dragon going nuts...that owned. If you wiped, it was a long run back (for melee anyway) and a coffin recovery, so there was at least a little risk.
Loved AoW too, pre-65.
Favourite boss encounter most recently would be Coirnav.
Can't really pick a "most fav ever". They're all cool for different reasons.

phara dar and almost all of vp as it was something there werent a whole bunch of spoilers to. I even had fun despite the long downtimes and the gayness that was hosh. I still dont think to this day a single mob has killed me as much as him
But in general any mob that i have been apart of that has died w/ very low numbers is quite fun. I remember 1 grouping doze soon after pop came out and we had some pretty poor loot/aa w/ a paladin as tank to take him w/ was pretty intense.

For some strange reason I still like killing Trak. The running slaughter fest on the way down (golems and frogs my fav) and watching once coveted spells drop like 2 penny candy.
I was disgusted when he tried heading back to his lair at low health. Good gawd, show some dragon pride.
Then again I remember when it took a guild raid to get to disco or do one wing of HS and Chardok was just nasty evil.
but I digress.....

Seriously, how can anyone like Coirnav? Maybe it was more fun before they tweaked the shit but the last 3 days have pretty much sucked ass. It's too f*****g stressful, from a coordinator's perspective.
I'll tell you what, though, when you see exceptional progression on the event like we did tonight, it has a serious sense of accomplishment associated with it. Even for some lame f*****g video game. But even so, I still think the event is teh suck.
I still like Xegony, even though we couldn't get it together last night. Just one thing after another...
Coirny blows.
Rathe was a decent good time but we've only tried them twice. I don't think our chanters were very thrilled with it  .
Fennin is always a blast IMO. I'm just in love with our l33t positioning since we <3 rangers  .
Single group best time I've had was back pre PoP, single grouping 4c in CT. I loved that area and especially that zone. Always been one of my favorites.
There isn't a single redeeming thing about Luclin or LDoN. Both expansion f*****g suck ass. Not in a good way.

Aow is such an easy fun fight now we zerged him the other day took like a minute to kill dropped 3 eb weaps and monk pants yay!
i would say most fun fight i like sol ro he is not hard but fun and ez loot.
RZ is pretty fun when u get him down to farm status. Learning him is a b***h though but hey it was a great feeling the first time to see that pile of massive armor fall to the ground.
fights i am going to enjoy are fennin, Xegony heard xeg is a blast.
Earth rings are pretty fun
Cursed is ok

Coirnav is my favorite. Just a rush. This fight is never trivial.
Xegony was hella fun first kill but is now just a /yawn fest.
PoTime Vallon Zek. Only having killed him once so far, it was a pure rush, yet at the same time he is a b*****d.
Rathe. For some insane reason I found it fun. I think it's just the point when the 12th rathe is inc and it's all chaos.

Coirnav is fun because win or lose you get one shot. You know you're on a tight timer and you know no one will be AFK of they'll be screamed at, you need everyone to be attentive. One mistake and everyone is in a panic because one mistake can mean a failure for the whole event.
Of course, in it's current form it probably is not quite as much fun. 
Xegony, RZtW, and other fights that required actually 'learning' how it worked were always fun. VZ in Time was the same for that reason. Any mob you have to fight multiple times to learn and then beat it are a rush, but for me it's any mob/encounter that requires multiple tactics.
Although AoW was fun the first time... the 'trick' of making sure all the clerics are flawless and getting more of them into the rotation is not strategy, that's just improvement.
Xegony, RZtW, VZ in time, Coirnav... you have to LEARN a strategy to beat them. Throwing more numbers at them won't help you all that much.
