I am asking this because I have heard people can benefit from endgames, connecting into a linkshell etc. they can make gil, and we all always lack gil  So, what’s the endgame like, what should I pay attention to. And, of course, how to make more of those ever needed gil??

I assume that if you are asking me this, that means you are a low level player and so you definitely aren’t interested in endgame linkshells. To participate in it, your job must be near level 75. So you’d rather investigate some other way of earning money, at least until you reach needed level.
