What is real skill to you in Warhammer Online?

Hello! I have no idea how to start this one. I know for sure I will probably go for dark side of the Warhammer when I sign in for online version but still struggle what race to pick. What is wondering through my mind, and what is actually my question here is what you consider as a real skill in Warhammer online?
Ah I dont what to say on this matter. I confess being a bit confused with all that career issue, so right now I am not sure are you asking about primary or secondary skill? Well I will answer just as complete newbie here I think I find most of the mag and healing skills really as pretty useful ones, although pursuing the career of engineer and gaining those skills could also be fun.
