What is it that keeps you playing WoW? I used to love raiding with RL friends, and I don't know what changed but it seemed to be much more fun pre-BC.

I happen to agree. I enjoyed wow much more pre-BC, but meh. Raiding with RL friends is definitely the best, or at least good friends that are guild mates. You have to admit though that the game has changed quite a bit, and the demographic has shifted lower in age. Having more kiddies online affects the gameplay.
I loved PREBC. I wish we could all go back to those days...I think level 70 ruined the game.
I know it's been asked for forever, and been denied every time, but oldschool servers would be amazing lol.
