CoD definately. I'd give it a 9.75 out of 10. Though Halo 3 is very good also. Rainbow is my least favorite of the three but i've played it and it's exceptional.

Halo 3 is fun if you want to hop around until someone comes into your sights because the aim sensitivity is terrible.
As far as a competitive standpoint, CoD4 is by far the best of these three. And playability.
