HI! I am a player of The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar and I love the middle-earth fantasy world. I choosed a hobbit character, hobbit burglar to be precise. I heard that on the net can be found some builder for this game. Is that a game builder or character builder?

Hi! You probably heard for The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar Terrain builder. This builder is based on modifying terrains in Turbine G3 engine. That means that you can import new objects in it and make new levels in the game. Of course, that also means that you can alter existing game terrains if you import terrain files in it. The usage of this program requires some computers skills and its not good for inexperienced users.
