Now I know some of you straight arrows are going to think, Strykerr, you f***g crack head! Not True, I stick to the natural shit, weed and shrooms. I dont fk around with all that other hard shit. Im just curious to everyone else's preferences. What do you think is the best Drug as far as Risk VS Reward, effect, long term costs, and any other deciding factor? IMO, Shrooms are the best Drug you could possibly take. 1) They're Free! 2) They have absolutely NO side-effects unlike X and shit like that. 3) They show up on Drug Test for 1-3 days max after you take them. 4) They give you such a badass feeling, you're very happy and excited, and feel like you could do anything. And the visuals are... holy shit bad ass, you see some f****d UP shit on Shrooms. I love em

and yes they do have side effects , one small one is that you feel sick. a long term effect would be that if you do them a lot they f**k up your head . Altering your personality .not to mention people have had panic attacks on them.

the nausiated feeling you can get from shrooms is 100% mental, its what starts a "bad trip". And yes, it can alter your personality in the sense that it can change the way you look at life. For me, it was a positive change, which is another + to them. And I didnt include all of the hard drugs like acid, heroine, crack, etc because you're a f***g Junkie if you fk around with shit that bad. Thats the stuff that has the really bad long term effects.

Funny where people draw thier lines of what is ok to do to thier bodys and what is not . You include mushrooms, meth (one of the worse drugs out there) , Ecstasy ( a drug that can f**k you up for life from the first time you try it ) and coke but not acid herion or pcp ? In social use acid, pcp and herion are all arguably better for you than meth or X.

I got news for you . Just because its natural doesn't mean it's any better for you. The "poisen" the plat produces is its natural deffence to predators. Not to mention with that line of thinking, coke (coca plant), herion(poppy plant) and acid ( rye plant) should all be on the natures wonderfull safe drugs list.

Yeah, alcohol is a hard drug to begin with .. Pot is nice, it mellows you out, and it's fun to just hang out with friends, watch some movies, chill and have a joint ... E is nice like 3 times a year, when you're going clubbing / After-Parties. Besides that, caffeine is the only drug I use ...

opium was always one of my favorites - it was very rare so only did it maybe 5 times (well we acquired it 5 separate occasions and then smoked it for the next week or so each time) -- just a total state of relaxation, strong disassociative, somewhat out of body experience, laying on a giant beanbag I used to have loved shrooms and X also in college but the best drug bar none = alcohol, just for the fact that it is a phenomenal aid in reducing social inhibitions and promoting ****

Ultram is a pain medication, not a whole lot different than a REALLY strong Motrin. I doubt it was those that made you feel any differently, especially since it's not even a schedule 4 drug (anything with codeine or worse). -Sel

I guess you didn't catch the obvious meaning of my statement in that I stick to the Natural Drugs. Natural Drugs which are known to make you trip or high, not the wrong shit thats poisonous or (you moron) venemous.

These two drugs hold the least amount of side effects in both long-term and short-term.

Sure Weed kills a lot of brain cells, but the way it has changed me, as in the way that I think, is well worth that at this point in my life. I know this "pot-head" mentality is subject to and probably will change as I get past it in my life.

As for Shrooms, it really if you can handle them. They do different things to different people. They get to people's thoughts in different ways, changing the way they feel physically and mentally. After the first time I tripped, I really never looked at myself or my friends and family the same way, you go extremely deep into thought about a persons character, or the way something really is, but you just never realized it before. I don't know, its hard to explain... As for the physical side effects of Shrooms, Nausia is really the only one. Having a bad trip occurs usually after Nausia sets in. The chemicals in Psychedelic Mushrooms have the capablity to upset one's stomach, but its only after too much focus and too much thought into of that Nausia that makes it even apparent or drags it out. So basically, if you start to feel sick, its all under your control. If you can let your mind focus elsewhere, it passes quickly and painlessly. Nausia is not comon after eatting Shrooms, but it can happen. Same goes for the drug AMT.

Anyways yea I'm done rambling now.

Don't make the mistake of deifying drugs. Never put their long-term effects on a pedestal, it's very dangerous. People who say they've "totally changed" in positive ways because of a drug had those qualities in them all along; they may have repressed them or they may have ignored them, but the drug isn't necessary to possess them, nor is it the originator. Hallucinogens are the group of drugs commonly known for these "mind-expanding" after effects. All that's happening is a new perspective on something is made available to you... you can accomplish that by actually thinking deeply about something for once instead of waiting for a psychotropic substance to "open your mind" to it. With that said, I'd say my favorite drug strictly in terms of the effects is LSD. I've taken it 4-5 times over the course of the last few years before the supply dried up in this area. Oh well, que sera, sera.. I used to really enjoy putting on some good trance albums and sitting back, smoking a little bit of pot (just a little, I don't like to sedate myself out of a good trip) closing my eyes, and letting the form constants (the geometric shapes) explode across my conciousness for a few hours. =) I wouldn't do a drug like LSD on a long-term basis though. This goes for most other drugs as well. No matter what any deluded 18 year old says, drugs (specifically long term use/abuse of drugs) are bad for you. Some more than others. That doesn't change the fact that we all have (or should have) a right to ingest, snort, or inject whatever food or substance we choose to put into our bodies. There are consequences for your actions, don't ever forget about them, but don't ever start believing that you shouldn't have a right to choose those actions in the first place. Know what you're getting into. Don't learn this from a drug dealer or backroom gossip. An educated hedonist is far better off than any closed-minded conservative. ... As for the other drugs? Personally, I don't like alcohol (or the way society treats is) at all. Any other drug gets strictly Scheduled and slapped with heavy restrictions, jail sentences, and anti-drug propaganda. Alcohol gets sold to us many times over each day, sold directly by ** appeal too (98% of alcohol advertisements are straight **-reponse methods). The American public is never seriously taught to think of alcohol as a dangerous thing, never told to drink responsibly except for one tiny disclaimer put at the end of some ads in an attempt to raise the illusion that some company wants you to drink LESS of their product. Alcohol is one of the most crippling drugs you can put into your body. Think of the actual physical effects of having 6-8 shots of vodka. I don't even have to list everything off here, everyone knows it. Most people don't seem to care too much about it though. Alcohol is also, by far, the most detrimental substance to society. Its ability to severely impair inhibitions, logical thought, and reaction time opens up a whole plethora of emotional/physical abuse scenarios and accidental deaths from people who were too stupid not to put the car keys away. So there's my little mini-rant on alcohol. As for marijuana... it's probably the safest illegal drug you can do as far as negative effects on your system or society go. This doesn't make it harmless though, nor does it give you a license to abuse it to the point where you can't function as a normal human being. A lot of people (a lot more than I'd like) could learn a lesson or two about this. With all things in life, you must find the point of moderation and try to act responsibly. You'll be a better person for it in the end. Neither of the extremes (abstinence or indulgence) are good for you. Be intelligent enough to exercise your wonderfully evolved ability for rational thought and figure this out for yourself.

Wow. I have taken Codeine, DXM products, smoked weed(a lot lol), done E, and I picked somethin that weak? I have a lasting memory of taking 2 of those pills and going thru the school day in complete euphoria, and I made like 30 friends that day because i felt awesome, and just went around talking to all kinds of different social groups and different people that I never hung out with.

Faerdal made a good post. Everyone should read that. My two cents: smoking crack is awesome, cuz then whenever you're around people that make crackhead jokes, you can be like "Yo man, I've been there" and they will feel bad and probably want to smoke some crack with you later when their moral friends aren't around. Plus its funny, I think it would do some people on this board to become crackheads. How sad is that, sad but true. If you need help buying crack, make a paypal charity and I will donate to help you get some. Crack should be the next big thing. Someday it will, and you'll all look back to this post and be like "damn, that guy was like a crackhead prophet or some shit." Thats deeper then any LSD trip, for sure.
