RAM that was made using nano fibres. By introducing different deficiecies in the nano wires you can make ram with data that will decay at different rates. Using this one could mimic the human mind more accurately when programming artifical intelligence. If it is unknown as to what secors of the ram decay at what rates then you could create "imcomplete" memories that would require special algorithms to guess at what the data was. Sort of how we see someone and rememebr their most dominant features and not the other stuff.
Just an idea
Just an idea

This is definitely good idea.
Streaming a program through a network is the next step. Im not sure what the technical name for it is but soon you will be able to rent space on a server to run programs for you while your home computer does little more then a terminal. This will enable the standard computer user to have the capability to run very processor and memory intensive programs using the internet.

Have you seen the one video gaming colsole that uses this principle? I forget the name of it off of the top of my head, but what it does is streams the game over the internet to your tv set. The console is tiny and cheap but the results are similar to a 1080p ps3 game.
It is called OnLive: http://www.onlive.com/
