Hi. Is someone willing to explain how is this weekend manifestation organized in details? Is this some arrangement between Guild Wars designing team and the players them selves, or GW team is just hitting their “market” with the weekly news about this and that? I would appreciate some sort of introduction to this, really. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Weekend events can consist of practically any good idea. They can be Anything. Form grind, loot and farm competitions to the very heavily populated PvP tournaments. These are meant to keep the game more alive and to hold all those players inside lands of Tyria. By wining there on these events, you can achieve very nice rewards in the shape of armor and new weapon perhaps.
