I voted mage however i'm still really not sure. They are going to be Hella powerfull later on, but they really dont get many more spells that differ at all after like level 40, so thats 20 levels of just upgrades. While Warlocks are slightly less powerfull but they get alot more variation in thier spells.
Do you guyz think that a mage/druid combo will work well?

Mage/druid is great. Warlock/druid is really excellent too. Especially with the warlock lifetapping and the druid giving him regens.

mages have s****y sustained dps unless they are AEing, think wizards during luclin/velious before any of the good items in VT... if your group is fighting single/double mobs and you cant ae prepare to be outdmged by rogues by about 2.5x... mages seriously need a sustained dps tweak.. for a glass cannon they sure arent good at keeping the dmg coming unless they are AEing.

Of course i have no clue what i'm talking about since i've only played a mage to 10, however with our fire nukes and talents of lowering thier casting time down, we can get a fast cast 700pt spell right? Honestly what i'm looking for is a character that will be ok at soloing but excellent at PvP.... the 100% crit thing on fire w/ an already 900 damage nuke sounds awsome.

tauren shaman or orc hunter. I love to play the underdog in most games though so who knows, I may make a comeback with my druid.
edit: dwarf pally if my guild magically ends up going alliance, which I highly doubt. I <3 the dwarves in this game, they crack me up.

let me make this clear, 6 second cast time spells and pvp, dont go together... your aes will make you good in pvp not your single target nukes.

Human Paladin is great. +5 to weapons isn't amazing, but their stealth detection makes any given Human class that much more worthwhile for PVP.
