There are just some companies I really like (not including those I do work for, of course). They make my life better and are always a pleasure to deal with. In order: 1. USAA 2. Tiffany's 3. Airtran Airways 4. Hotwire.com I think these are really the only companies that I genuinely like. They are consistently good to me.

These are the guys who when I called their service to complain that the cordless phone in my kitchen didn't work (hung up randomly, dropped answering machine messages, only intermittently allowed messages to be retrieved remotely), said "is there a computer in the house? Sony equipment is all crap. I've got a a nonworking Sony DVD player, a marginally working Sony DVD player, and a Sony receiver that has more white noise than signal.

I'll never buy another Sony product. They're a marketing company with lousy technology.
