So far (yesterday) I had a nice lunch consisting of a veggie salad sorta stuff that my mother makes. It's Summer Squash, Zuchinni, Onion, and sweet Banana Peppers cooked with a touch of olive oil, a touch of butter and salted to tase.

For Dinner I had steak (medium rare RAWR FOR THE ROBATAR!) with steamed green beans and those od yellow beans, I did marinate the steak overnight for a change of pace (I normally cannot stand anything other than salt and pepper on steak).

Yesterdays Breakfast was the same as todays, a nice little mud flavored mix of V8 and vegetable/soy proteins. Doesn't taste too good but I've noticed a significant boost in energy since I began the MUD diet.

Today for lunch, same veggies. I love Squash and Zuchinni prepared like this. Soooo yummy.

For Dinner Tonight, I will probably have steak again.

Tomorrow. About the same menu, though replace the Squash and Zuchinni with regular salad and maybe a BLT if I'm lucky Smile
