I am with you. I also never came across one. However, I am playing the game for shorter time. I have started playing about 2 months ago. I share your opinion that the dungeons are very important part of every RP games, such as LOTRO. Furthermore, if there are no dungeons in the game, the developers had a fine reason for that. I believe in them, and I believe that all of little mistakes will be fixed in the add-ons and expansions in the upcoming time.
