If I tell you that I like helping people and that I dont like to fight unless I am under the attack, would you be able to help me out while choosing my Anarchy Online profession? What Anarchy Online profession fits me? And why do you think that Anarchy Online profession is the right for me?

As far as I can remember there is only one profession that will fit you and that one profession is called the Doctor. The Doctor is the primary healer in this game and as such can help his team mates the most and he is capable of inflicting damages to other players that are against his team mates. As you can see, he is not all good, because he is not helping his enemies, but there is no all good characters in any online game and there is no all good characters in Anarchy Online also. If you dont like this character, maybe you can try Keeper.

I agree that doctor would suite you best concerning your post, on the other hand, if you feel that at some point or another you would like to try player vs. player in anarchy online, doctor is one of the hardest professions there. With keeper you can be excellent in teams and excellent in pvp.
Best advice I can give is pick a profession that really seems to suite you best and keep playing it at least until 200 before rolling other characters
