For Horde, the quest giver is in Hammerfall (Arathi). If you are exiting the town, it is the cabin on your right hand side. Let me tell you that this is one of the coolest quest I have done aside from the lazy peon one in Durotar. Basically the quest gives you a stack of bandages and there are a bunch of injured NPC's lying on the ground. You have to heal their wounds in a certain order before they start dying. It's pretty interesting. Now has anyone seen the recipes for FA from 225-300? I.e. Heavy Mageweave, Runecloth, and Heavy Runecloth? I know the Swamp of Sorrow merchant only sells recipes up to 225. Thanks!

Nissa in Ironforge will send you to Theramore at level 36 and beyond with a skill of 200+ for it. edit, well I hit 36 and it still has a grey/silver '!' above Nissa's head so I am not sure on required level for the quest.
