For the past couple of months I have not been sleeping at all. I would just lay awake and think about shit and could never go to sleep. I would always be tired and grumpy and I felt real weak.
For the past couple of weeks, everytime I eat I feel incredibly sick to my stomach and my face starts tingling and I get all light headed. I will either throw up or it will just go away. Every now and then my face does the tingly thing by itself without eating but rarely.
I thought the sickness and the face thing was related to no sleep but lately I have been sleeping like normal except for the occasional waking up in the middle of the night sweating. The sickness and face keep going though every single time and as a result I have lost weight because I do not want to eat.
What the f**k is wrong with me?

if your face is going numb or tingling you need to see a doctor and get a brain scan. There is a few types of nerve infections I can think of off the top of my head that can cause that. Usually they can just look in your ears and know.

wth would you ask here? go see a f*****g doctor? even if anyone gives you a right sounding answer, chances are they are just pulling crap out of their arse.
damn, since when do people come to realpoor for doctor advice?

I would ask why worthless peices of human shit come to realpoor such as yourself but as of late they have been flocking to this board in massive numbers.

Not sure how old you are or what your habbits are but I'm going to assume under 30, non-smoker.
There are a few things I can think of, one might be related to the other.
The lack of sleep could be giveing you a nervouse disorder but you would have to not be getting 4-5 hrs a sleep a day for the 2 months you described. If you are getting this little sleep you need a psycologyst to figure out what this is about.
Related to that, you might have some kind of psycological trama and this could all be in your head, but only you know if you saw or heard or experianced something like that. If you have you need to deal with your shit. Loss of a loved one, a hostal break up, trouble with the family, strees about moveing or changing jobs. This can all crop up psycosomatic illness due to stress. If you are under 20 it could just be growing pains and stress related.
On a sepreate level you could have a viral infection, something like the flu, that is bugging you now and causeing you to vomit and effecting you circulation. You coughing, have a runny nose, any cold like symptoms? If so see a genreal practitioner for how to get over it.
Worst cast you have a tumor in your brain or in your gut. That's worst case but again, see a general practitioner.

That hurt....
Even if someone knew of something similar, even if someone experienced the same shit, that still wouldn't help you in the slightest. /boggle
In the end, you still need to go to a doctor, you still will have to go through tests, and nothing anyone here said will matter.
Go see a Doctor and don't waste your time here. Obviously you feel as if something is out of the ordinary with yourself, and while most everyone here is out of the ordinary themselves, I doubt anything said here will solve your problem.
