What are y'all doing for the holiday weekend? I hope you're not going to spend it in front of the computer... or at work (been there, done that ) The weather is finally getting nice, and I'm totally geeked to have a long weekend to play with! Got my cousin's college grad party to go to on Sunday and then there's Movement: the Detroit Electronic Music Festival going on downtown Sat-Mon. It's North America's largest free music festival and one of the world's largest electronic music events... I'm soooo there

1) Friday == Wedding, till 2 AM 2) Saturday == Wedding, till 1:30 AM 3) Sunday == High School Grad party, till 12:00 PM 4) Monday == Bet your ass I'll be making up for lost time.

Friday: Working a phone watch while my kids get the day off. 3 mile run. Saturday: Brisket on the grill, washing the cars and performing various manual labor tasks for the wife. 4 mile Ruck march on the Hudson. Sunday: Getting my God Groove on at church and grubbing on some good Korean food. Monday: No plans... Go for a run, I guess... Sprinkled through out the weekend are: Studying for an NCO of the Year Board Prepping uniform for a Dining Out Chasin the wife around the house for some booty Summoning up the patience to log in and play that POS SWG Beta

Nope, we don't get shafted with MEDDAC duties. Our Commander does a fine job of dreaming up bullishit for people to do. On training holidays he requires a person in each office to man the phone.. For what? Who the f**k knows? We are TDA not TOE.. So rather than work 4 people, I route all the phones to my office and run the show. I hope the kids appriciate it. Prolly not. I'll be glad when the fucknut PCSs. I enjoy 4 day weekends too.
