I'm looking to create a professional quality website and need some advice. I'm looking for quality work but with minimal cost.
Any professional quality graphic artist read this board?
Any expert website designers?

Best advice would be to warez photoshop and do it yourself. I made the realpoor logo, designed my site, and hell I even made this in under thirty minutes!

The hardest part, by far, is coming up with an idea. After that it's pretty simple with photoshop/paint shop/etc.
